South korea establish special forces to kill the leader of North korea
South Korea (ROK) to form a special military brigade tasked to kill the leader of North Korea (North Korea) if war breaks out. This step as an option to counter Pyongyang's nuclear weapons and missiles are always a threat to Seoul.

"Brigade (Special) aims to erase the command line North Korean war and crippling its function if war breaks out," said an official at the South Korean Defense Ministry who requested anonymity, was quoted as saying of Time, (05/01/2017).

The brigade planned to be ready for action in 2019. The official declined to say whether this brigade will be trained to execute a pre-emptive strike or not.

Special forces establishment plan is included in the policy direction of Defense Minister Han Min-koo for Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn, who becomes the caretaker government on the impeachment of President Park Geun-hye over a corruption scandal.

North Korea has conducted two nuclear tests and did ui try rocket in 2016. The maneuvers Pyongyang led by Kim Jong-un's efforts to expand its nuclear weapons and missile programs.


After North Korea's nuclear weapons test in September 2016, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff announced plans to strengthen its ability to carry out pre-emptive attacks. Besides relying on special forces, South Korea also developed a cruise missile to destroy an area where Kim Jong-un and other decision makers are the North Korean regime
